Hi.  I haven't been into gnu-win32 for a while, but I believe there's a
mailing list advertised in the readmes on the ftp site, or inside the
distribution.  TRy there.  I haven't been using it since release 4
(though I plan to return when I get a new hard drive), so I can't help
with your question.
