Start at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/. Go to the documentation section
and have a glance at the manual - he hasn't finished writing it yet, but
IIRC there's a section on tutorials you might like to check out. Either
it's in the manual, or it's in the documentation section. I can't vouch
for any of them, I haven't looked through them.

When you're competent/confident with the language(s), if you're interested
in games programming look at http://www.rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp for a
large number of useful links, files and advice.
