  Have you tried RHIDE without Univbe?? (I know that this piece of
  software is buggy because it does not handle all the standard
  BIOS functions correct, and I use the specification from R. Brown's
  Interrupt List).

  And the next hint can be to use the '-G 1' switch for RHIDE, that
  means,
  run RHIDE like:

  rhide -G 1 ....

  I tried booting clean, with only proper environment variables set, but
the b\problem was still there.  I'm really getting a little confused now
as to what could be causing the problem.  Any more ideas? Please? :-)
