This helps only for those proggs which do not reset the screen mode to
"CO80". Run "mode bw80" before firing up RHIDE and u wont have any
problems with the mouse cursor in rhide vanishing so long as ur program
does not switch to text co80 mode. (I found this out cause many a time,
rhide would'nt even display the windows (only the rhide version and
command prompt were visible - no menus etc, so I thought of switching to
another mode and then firing it up)
