This is not a good idea.  delorie.com is the home web site for DJGPP,
but due to bandwidth restrictions, you can't actually download DJGPP
from it.

What you should do is visit <http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/getting.html>,
and look at the list of SimTel ftp mirrors to see which is closest to
you.  Then go there and download the files you need, starting with
'v2/readme.1st'.  Please read the 'readme' in its entirety, because it
contains a lot of necessary information.
