This requires you to have the documentation sources in TexInfo format. I
recently did this conversion, but it's not in a really good state to
release at the moment, because it depends on a converter program that
produces ASCII, HTML, and TexInfo versions from a single source, and
that's not running very well because I just did some major changes to
allegro.h and broke the whole thing :-)

I'll put a new version of everything up on my web pages as soon as I get
it back into a usable form: check there in a week or so...
