I'm pretty sure this will NOT help, since it is wrong (the DJDIR part,
at least).  DO NOT SET DJDIR.  The README.1ST contains installation
instructions, and it specifies that you must set DJGPP and PATH, and
no more.  DJDIR is a temporary variable used internally to djgpp.env
and is *set* by djgpp.env, not *read* by it.

Please, people, do not post information that is contrary to the
published documentation.
