One is available, check out the www.delorie.com email archives. I have
been trying to find a I960 cross compiler, but I had to build it
myslef. 

The mail you are looking for is from a guy in UNSW (University of New
South Wales, Sydney, OZ).

There is a later version in the FTP directories. Check out the
following page for a free real time kernel:
