According to the DJGPP FAQ list, such a package is available from
ftp://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/msdos/gnu/gcc-dos-m68k/.  I'm told that
the current version is based on 2.7, and therefore it should support
long filenames as the rest of DJGPP does.
