It sounds like you have removed the line SETting DJGPP=... in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT file; put it back, saying something like:

SET DJGPP=C:/DJGPP/DJGPP.ENV

or whatever the correct path to DJGPP.ENV is on your machine.
