The Cancelmoose homepage has an interesting proposal that would allow
retromoderation with *no* possibility of complaint, since it depends on
individual users deciding which moderator they wish to trust. So you
could accept any 'cancel' from Eli and DJ but ignore any others.
Have a look at http://www.cm.org/

The only apparent problem is the need to modified newsreader software,
but there seems no need to vote for it at all.
