How have you done that?

At first, the DJGPP sources for gcc are not usable
to build the winnt version of gcc, and as second
when I look at the directories above, then you haven't
installed the sources like described in the readme's.
(This belongs to the first paragraph above)

I think also that you are on the wrong track. I think you should
clearify
at first, what you realy want to get.

 - A development environment for NT programs
or
 - A development environment for DOS programs

If you want the first, then do not use the DJGPP packages.
You should look at the cygnus site (I havn't it here), because
thay made this alrady for NT and W95.

But if you want only build programs in a NT DOS-box
which should run as a DOS-program, I do not
understand, why you want to reabuild every thing
which is already available as a binary
