The bandwidth that this silliness has caused is quite ridiculous, I
looked at the code from my 14.4k
connection, to download it cost a few pennies on my phone bill.  I will
not use the code as I do not
need it.

I down loaded loads of complaints about the MIME encoding and HTML
stuff, this cost me more pennies
I object to paying for peoples petty gripes more than I do their example
code.

There is quite a simple answer, mail the sender directly, if they get
loads of complaints direct they just take
notice, don't whine about it to the whole world 99% don't care.
