Yes, the main difference is that C++ enforces strong data typing.  This
allows OOP techniques to be implemented more easily and accurately with
C++ than with C.

OOP consists mainly of 3 principles:

1) Inheritance (especially multiple inheritance)
2) Polymorphism (templates)
3) Dynamic Binding (late binding)


C++ rules, and assembly is a behind-the-throne power.  8)
