No one "hates" simple questions. These questions (like the "What are main 
and void for?" post) are in the wrong forum. This newsgroup (or 
mailing-list) is for DJGPP specific question. "Simple programming 
questions" should be posted to comp.lang.c. And remember to read the 
comp.lang.c FAQ before posting; it can answer A LOT of questions you may 
have.
