ok, i actually intended to respond nicely explaining what is going on.
but then, i could not have known that your message was a *** 320 K. DO
NOT DO THIS NEXT TIME.

if you expect people to be nice to you, be nice to them. do you know how
long it takes to download you message using a 14.4 K modem? go figure it
out.

you can find the answer to you question by looking at the C FAQ. (that's
for free.) if it is too much trouble for you to look for it at
http://www.yahoo.com, then you can go to a bookstore and buy a book on
C. look in the index for 'local variables'.
