They are not crucial, but they will sure help you.  TXI370B.ZIP includes 
a program (called INFO.EXE) that you need to read the hypertext docs 
which come with many DJGPP packages; and FAQ201B.ZIP includes the DJGPP 
FAQ list which you should search whenever you have any trouble like what 
you describe.  Sections 8.1 and 8.2 in the FAQ will most probably help 
you resolve your problems with iostream.h.
