Well, AFAIK... I'm developing a small addon to Allegro that allows the
programmer to define scenes in quite a easy way, but it's still got a
long way... if nobody does it in a better way before :-) (I want to send
it to Shawn once finished, but I haven't got a very high amount of faith
about it :-)) Anyway, it is just a matter of figuring things out, if you
have the PCGPE you'll want to have a look at Draeden's tutorials and
then the concepts will be clear...
