There is a file called `emacs.README' right near em1934*.zip.  Please 
download it and read it *before* you try using Emacs.  It explains many 
things that would otherwise take you ages to figure out.  For starters, 
you've got wrong parts of the distribution; `emacs.README' tells you what 
parts are required and which are optional.
