Yeah , I've had the same problem, and I'm using 1.1b. What happens is
that in the include statements and define (all beginning with '#') It
seems as if rhide counts TABS ans single space instead of 4.

A line like

#include <stdio.h>		// test
		  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
		Using two TABS here	

Will cause //test to be invisible, Using pure spaces will fix it though.
It is just a minor inconvinience,

Many thanks to Robert who pt the effort into this IDE, I  use it almost
everyday.
