Try going to the SimTel archives and grabbing one of the following
files:

v2tk/mkkbd3.zip		- Sample keyboard handler with demo program
v2tk/libkb100.zip	- Keyboard handling library
v2tk/alleg22.zip	- Allegro game programming library, which includes
keyboard handlers and LOTS of other stuff.

Also check out the DJGPP FAQ (v2/faq210b.zip), which has excellent
information on installing hardware interrupt handlers (among other
things) in chapter 18.
