I don't think there is enough traffic to warrant splitting this group,
and it would require a decision about splitting the mailing list, etc...
To create a new comp.* group you would need at least 100 'yes' votes and
at least two thirds of all the votes to be 'yes'; I'm not sure you'd get
this. Besides, I don't think 80 or so messages per day is excessive.

This sounds like a good idea; somewhat like Windows resource editors.
