The MS-DOS "MENUITEM" command sets the environment variable %CONFIG% to the
menu item string.  You can check the value of this variable in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT and GOTO appropriate places.

I seem to remember that the "SHELL=" command allows you to specify a
different AUTOEXEC.BAT.
