I forget the name, but there's (at least) one utility which will download
an entire site for you - from the DRA you should have a fast enough link ;)
Try a web search for this - you ought to get a result:

internet windows 95 netscape explorer wsftp servu

BTW didn't the whole internet system at the DRA change recently? A 
mathematician told me not to email him for a while... I haven't heard since.
