I beleive this seperation of interface code from program code you speak
of is a visual compiler, like MSVC++.  I would _very_ much like a visual
compiler, either visual basic or visual c++, but this would involve
purchasing
a microsoft product. I am loathe to do that.  If I knew anything about
compilers,
I would probably write a visual compiler myself.  Since I don't, I can
only say
that I would be forever grateful to whoever decides to write one and
break the
MS chokehold.
