Make sure that you are actually telling RHIDE to link the library!  Go
to Options|Libraries and add "bcc" to the list of libraries to link in. 
(the DJGPP linker automatically expands this to <lib>bcc<.a>)

If this doesn't seem to be the problem, add '-v' to the compiler
switches and post RHIDE's capture of the compilation errors.
