The answer to all three of your questions is yes.  A DJGPP-compiled grep
can be found at
<ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/grep20b.zip>. 
'grep20s.zip' is the source distribution, preconfigured for DJGPP.  If
you want the pristine GNU sources, visit
<ftp://ftp.gnu.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/>.
