Using anything from 'libgpp.a' causes your program to fall under the GNU
General Public License, which can be found in the file named "copying"
that accompanies nearly every djgpp source distribution and several of
the binary distributions.  Just search your manifests until you find
it.  It's also available as the first item in the 'libgpp.a' section of
the Info docs.
