I know this is pretty irrelevant, but what exactly is the definition of a
Dos extender? I thought that go32 was a dos extender, as is DOS4GW, but
that CWSDPMI was simply a DPMI host. Is CWSDPMI a Dos extender then,
strictly speaking?
