You seem to have at least two problems on your machine:

	1) You didn't set the DJGPP environment variable (see the DJGPP 
FAQ list, section 8.1).

	2) Your computer is infected by a virus (FAQ, section 6.5).

The FAQ is available as v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP.
