Did you read chapters 17 and 18 of the DJGPP FAQ list?  If not, please 
read them.  The FAQ is available as v2/faq210b.zip from the same place 
you get DJGPP.  Section 22.2 of the FAQ includes pointers to a couple of 
packages with examples and explanations of how to write interrupt 
handlers with DJGPP.
