Simple way to run bash is double-click batch file.
If bsh1147b.zip has no batch file and startup files, please get later
version. (see announcement of latest version)
You need create home directory and copy sample files there and edit
boot.bat appropriately. (I use shortcut of batch file on the desktop)

BTW did you download file/sh/textutils? If no, get them before using
bash. You also need other packages like awk, grep, sed...
