It's well-known that id Software used DJGPP to compile Quake; did they use it
to compile QuakeWorld too? QW is a DirectX application; is there a DJ-DirectX
library, or did they resort to an inferior compiler which just happened to
support Windows applications? ;)
Anyone fancy raiding the id Software ftp site for the QW source? <g>
