Make sure that the "DJGPP" environment variable is set up correctly, and
also examine the 'djgpp.env' file to make sure that the INFO_PATH
variable in the [info] section points to the right location.  Also,
please make sure you have the latest version of RHIDE (updates are
available from <http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~rho/rhide.html>).

If none of that works, please post a system report using the format
indicated in the FAQ (v2/faq210b.zip) section 6.12.
