Are you sure, that you are using version 1.1 of RHIDE? I never saw that
in the last time and when I remember correct, I fixed this already 
for a while.

Or do you mean any other not editor window, which was the last active
when exiting RHIDE? If that's true for you, then you are right but
this will also be fixed in the future.
