I couldn't find any other replies, so I assume Brien solved his problem,
but I'm having the same problem. I tried to do what Eli suggested here,
(using the appropriate path, of course), and emacs refused to make an
emacs.log file. the emacs.txt is similar to his,

but beyond that I haven't a clue. Everything else works great, including
RSXNTDJ, and I have to send kudos to everyone involved, especially DJ, Eli,
and John(not to leave anyone out, but they are the most vocal!<grin>).
Hopefully it's an easy fix that just got sent by personal e-mail instead of
to the list, but I hope someone can help me.
