Yes.

Yes.  What is your DPMI host on the machine that swaps?

Can you at least copy them and post them here?  If not, then post these 
items instead:

	* the output of "mem /c"
	* the output of "set"

Some other software has taken up all of the extended memory, so it isn't
available to DPMI programs.  The question is: what software is that?  My
guess would be that it is some memory manager that is installed at boot
time, but only a glance at CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT will tell for sure.
