Run go32-v2 without arguments and post what it prints.  The printed 
report will show you how much free physical memory do DJGPP programs see 
on that machine.  If the report shows a low amount of physical memory, 
you will have to change your configuration to free some more.  If you 
don't know how to do that, post your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT.
