No!!
The output from the sample compilations are generated from the following
command (automaticaly by the bug report and not invoked by the user):

echo \"int main(){return 0;}\" | redir -eo gcc -v -o /dev/null -x c -

I made this to get some information about the compiler config.

This may be, but I do the sample compilation every time for C
C++ without knowing if it is installed or not. Just to get an
answer, if the user complains, that RHIDE does not compile/link
C++ programs.
