Something got lost here, Gregary.  Which page did you try?  Was it 
Caldera's or the OpenDOS page?

If you tried Caldera without success, please do the following:

1. Point your WEB browser to http://www.caldera.com/dos/dos.htm
(note it's dos.htm, not dos.html).
2. Click the download button there.
3. Read the site license and if you agree, click download again.
4. Fill in the requested information and click the download button.

That should work!  If it doesn't, join the OpenDOS mail list and 
inquire further there (I'm not following the list anymore).
