Well first, and to avoid confutions, RHIDE doesn't compile anything, just call 
to the compiler.
After this aclaration, you must install the C++ front-end and the C++ library 
and headers in your DJGPP directory.
The files are gpp2721b.zip and lgp271b.zip, decompress it with -d over your 
DJGPP directory.
GCC compiles a C++ files with cc, cpp and C extentions (and others too).
