There's no such docs, as far as I know.  Some time ago Richard Stallman 
asked for volunteers to produce such a list, but I don't think it has 
been done yet.  You might consider posting this question to gnu.gcc.bug 
news group, where GCC maintainers might reply and/or let you use a 
pre-release of such a list, if such a thing exists.

Usually, the GCC messages are pretty self-explanatory, though.
