Thanks for all the help...I'm using bash...

(If I used copy it would be no problem).

I did an alias in bash

alias copy='command.colm /c copy'

Doing
	cat foo.ps >lpt1
worked (in bash).

But all permutation I tried with cp gave me the
message:

Does foo.ps specify a file name on the target?

Are UNCs considered files? i.e.

if I do:

cp foo.ps '\\sharename\printer'

is it desirable for it to work?

(I have to run this under the debugger).
