Yah!  I never even realized that.  My modem will stay hooked up with
another indefinately.  I've never heard of a modem hanging up because
of inactivity.  That would be like my computer turning itself off due
to inactivity!  Funny enough though, my TV does have a feature which
turns it off after you haven't switched stations for a settable amount
of time.  The feature can be disabled though.

LINUX: What changed from 2.0.27 to 2.0.28?  I don't notice anything.
