No, it's not a standard library - it's a Borlandism. You can get one
of several libraries for DJGPP - if portability isn't an issue I'd
suggest Allegro, for more than just its graphics routines.

I think there might be a header file which converts the Borland
function calls into calls to a DJGPP-written library - I can't
remember, though.
