Hey hey, not too fast Leathal!  ;-)

Yes, it should be possible using DirectX with DJGPP & RSXNTDJ.
Basically, DirectX is just a bunch of Win32 DLL's. Now, with RSXNTDJ
you can create a libBlaBla.a file from any Win32 BlaBla.DLL to link
your exe's with that DLL. (I think the tools is called ImpLib or
something) So it should be possible to link Win32 apps created with
RSXNTDJ & DJGPP to the DirectX SDK. (please keep me informed if you
try)
