This probably the limitation of the COFF debugging format.

PLEASE!!!
Before you think there is a bug in RHIDE try it also with GDB and see
if there is the same problem. (This is also written in the DOC) If the
problem is there also then the problem is NOT related to RHIDE because
the debugger in RHIDE  IISS GDB only with an other (better) interface.
