 YES. However, it is not a 32bit implementation, it is 16bit DOS based.
 I mentioned where you can get a 32bit Perl before but no one listened.
 Any simtelnet or Coast-to-coast mirror under
 /msdos/perl/ download bperl4x.zip, this is a 32bit perl implementaiton
 and it is distributed under the GNU public liscence.
