This is not true. I don't have a 'man.exe' installed anywhere on my
system and info still reads man pages perfecly well.
The only problem is that you can't load man pages into info from the
command line (at least, I haven't been able to). You must load info
first, and then load the man page into it with the Ctrl-X Ctrl-F
command.
