Yes this is the problem, and yes the patch is available (I wrote it).  
I sent the patch with just diff output and no context - Eli suggested I 
fix the diff.  Sorry I haven't quite gotten around to it.  I'll try to 
post them again this weekend, along with the executables already compiled 
and zipped for the lazy ones (like me :).
